- PREHEAT barbecue to low. Boil vinegar with sugar in a saucepan until syrupy, 2 to 4 min.
- STIR oil with garlic in a bowl. Brush over pizza crust. Overlap tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on pizza.
- OIL grill. Barbecue pizza, lid closed, until cheese melts, 4 to 5 min. Drizzle with glaze. Sprinkle with basil.
