grated cheddar
1 cup
grated parmesan
1/2 tsp


  • PREHEAT a waffle iron.
  • TOSS cheeses with paprika until well combined. Scoop 1/4-cup portions onto plates of waffle iron and cook until golden and crisp, 5 min. Remove crisps and immediately drape over the back of a wooden spoon for 10 sec; they will firm up as they curl. Repeat with remaining mixture.
