- Chill a martini glass in the freezer. Remove and thaw until frosty, about 30 sec. Press part of glass into a bowl of granulated sugar to create a sugar coating.
- Muddle chili in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, juices and syrup and a handful of ice. Cover and shake for 10 sec.
- Strain mixture into glass.
* To make simple syrup: bring equal parts granulated sugar and water to a boil. Cool before using.
