medium jicama, peeled and grated, about 1 kg

chopped pickled banana peppers
1 tbsp

  • Stir jicama with peppers, lime juice, zest and salt in a large bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. If slaw leaches a little water, drain before serving. Serve with Easy Shrimp Sandwich.
