wild rice
4 cups
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/3 cup
chopped cilantro
green onion, sliced
1 tbsp


  • COMBINE rice with water, oil and salt in a medium saucepan. Boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 40 min. Drain. Stir in cilantro, green onion and lime zest.
