Ingredients

sliced sweet onion
3 tbsp
2 tbsp
2 tsp
grainy mustard

pastrami deli meat
halved cornichons
cracked pepper

Instructions

  • COOK onion in oil in a frying pan over medium until softened and caramelized, 15 min, lowering heat as needed. Stir mayo and mustard, then spread on matzah. Top with onions, pastrami slices and cornichons. Sprinkle with pepper.
