white wine vinegar
1 tsp
granulated sugar
1 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
1 341-g pkg
multicoloured cherry or grape tomatoes, halved (2 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup
chopped parsley


  • WHISK oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, oregano and salt in a large bowl.
  • TOSS with tomatoes and parsley. Pack into jars and refrigerate at least 2 hr or overnight. Use to top crostini or as a side dish.
