Instructions

  • WHISK basil pesto with yogurt, mayo, lemon zest and juice and anchovies in a bowl. Season with fresh pepper.
  • LAYER lettuce, radicchio and endive on a platter. Top with cucumber, avocado and chives. Drizzle with dressing.
