Cocktail recipe: Gin sour

Gin Sour cocktail in martini glass

1 egg white
3 tbsp gin
1 tbsp amaretto
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp orange-blossom water


Add all ingredients except nutmeg to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for about 20 sec.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg.
